Problem

Internal teams needed a shared place to track tasks, handovers, and progress without juggling spreadsheets or ad-hoc chats.

Approach

Built a Kanban-style board on CodeIgniter 4 with role-based dashboards, REST APIs for frontend modules, and financial reporting views. Containerized the stack with Docker for consistent local and demo environments.

Outcome

A working internal-style project board that gives non-technical staff clearer visibility into ownership, status, and handovers across modules.
